I ordered few when they used to be posted on OB a lot.

Opened only one and it is terrible. I have 6 more unopened still in the drawer.

    My worst purchase from OB.

      Hey ms,
can you tell us a little about what makes it terrible?
      Sizing?
      Shape?
      Stitching?
      Material?

Were they a particularly odd type of underwear?

Not meaning to be too personal but I was about to get some until I read your comment, so wouldn't mind some detail.

I found the elastics to be very very poor, similar to the cheapest supermarket undies. They became completely stretched out and unwearable within a few months. I was also wearing Bonds and Underdaks at the same time (so under the same wash and wear conditions), both are still good years later.

      • +2

Yes, I found the elastic poor quality and they stretched out pretty fast. Have Uniqlo and Van Heusen undies that were bought at the same time that are still hanging in there over a year later than the Frank and Beans.

They are okay, but you can do better.

Ditto, but also for me I needed to go one size up, I sent 5 back of which one had bad stitching.
I let them know and sent it back but I never got a replacement for that last one.

Didn't bother following up with it as it didn't seem too crash hot, and it only lasted me about a year before they were fully shot.

Got the boxer briefs and have no complaints. They're my exclusive jocks now.
Wore 12 pairs on rotation that needed replacing after about 18 months which I thought was bloody good - well outlasted bonds. Comfy too!

      • Thanks for the kind words - much appreciated to hear this

Okay, the thing that annoys me is that the slit in the front for the tool has only one button and I find it popping out of it more often than not.

dont get the tool caught in the zipper!

franks and beans, franks and beans…

    • Opening for the frank you mean? Frank and beans….

  • dont get the tool caught in the zipper!

I wouldn't wish that even to my worst enemy.

  • I found that button works a little too well on mine , they did however develop a hole at the bottom (!) after two wears so I wasnt all that impressed.

  • The boxer briefs are good quality, fit well and I get a fair amount of wear out of them. Weirdly singles are $6.95 but a 6 pack is $67.95.

  • Frank and Beans offers free exchanges - you just need to return them for a exchange. Sometimes sizing is hard to get right the first order in a new brand. This is why we provide exchanges.

MS - we can exchange the others you have remaining in your drawer for a larger size - just email the email address on the deal

    • Hi op, sizing is fine, just the product itself is not convenient to use. What's the point of wearing the underwear if the penis keeps poking out of it?

I think I bought these in 2012-13, when they were all the rage on OB. Is it still possible to return the unopened ones?

      • ms - Not all styles suit all people, it shouldn't hang out unless they're the wrong fit. Please email [email protected] to discuss your return

I prefer my ladies without the Frank and Beans.

  • For 4.95 still a bargain for boxers.I bought a range of styles in medium. I found there is no consistency in the sizes between styles and I mean the fit around my waist should be same in each style. the brand markets themselves as high quality and its not the case. Tradies brand boxers are miles better for comparison.

  • D. Bakali you won our prize, please email us at [email protected] from your email address on your order.
