Does anyone knows how this guy get access to so many stores? Is there a site that offers all these discounts?

At quick glance they're under same umbrella or affiliated in some way. I don't think he physically have every type listed available. Most likely some sort of rewards program (credit card maybe) where he'll request and claim once you've paid.
Alternatively he could be getting it from work, my last job had a program where employees can get a massive list of giftcards for a negotiated 5-15% off. Groceries was 5%, and Rebel Sport was 15%.
