An old but absolutely brilliant series, I purchased this when JB had 20% off TV on DVD but this is much better value. Total of 42 discs.

Each season is $22.98 at JB Hi-Fi.

Did a quick price comparison and looks like the best value anywhere at the moment.

Looking forward to rewatching this yet again in the lead up to the US election

Unfortunately this is only SD, it can be streamed in HD on Stan but no word of an HD purchase option (BD or digital). Great show though, perhaps my favourite of all time.

  I've read that the great 5.1 sound on the FD DVD version, isn't present on the HD versions on Stan or iTunes, you only get 2.0. And looking at the description of this on JB, it is 2.0. Pity.

    I think that's an error as the DVDs I have (which are individual season box sets) have 5.1 - I can't imagine they'd change it to an inferior version for the box set.

$45.58 after the 20% discount is a good price for this magnificent series even if it's only in SD.
