Good pick up. That date underneath the Unclaimed Prize Draw is actually incorrect and we are in the process of editing this. Very unfortunate when we had a professional agency hired to construct them.
And in regards to retaining promotional, this is ONLY if you receive a BONUS entry by making a purchase. If you win off your bonus entry, then you MUST supply proof of purchase as outlined in the terms and conditions.
Otherwise, if you do not receive a bonus entry and only enter using the entry form, then you do not need to provide anything - you just win!
