Any PS3 console deals?

Anyone knows of any good deals to get a PS3 console? I've heard about it having multiple versions, I'm not sure which one to get… any advices?

    Bought 1 @ WOW, 250GB version + PlayTV $539~ gonna sell the Play TV @ ebay for around $100~ so all together for 250gb ps3 slim around $439~ if i can sell my playtv around $150~ that would be great! :D

      Its a nice deal… thats provided that the play tv can be sold… :) Auctions are kinda unpredictable, so I rather just go for a cheap console deal or if they could throw in 2 controllers or something… (it must be annoying to run out of battery in the midst of playing with just 1 controller, yes? )

      It's WOW Sight & Sound~ www.1wow.com.au~ I sold my PlayTV for $130!!~ so my 250GB PS3 only cost me $409!!

        I think the promotion on WOW is over. They are selling the same package for 599 now. So I got it from Myer for $569 instead…. will probably keep the playTV since I would need a set top box for HD channels anyway.

        Good deal you got there though :o)

    update: my recent research points to kmart @ $448. is the 120gb version… i think i am techie enough to be able to add a larger drive to the ps3 (unless i'm mistaken that it can't be done w/o voiding warranty)

    i just needed the console, i realised the games from cdwow are cheaper.

      haha no probs.. though i am currently holding off buying PS3s at the moment… got a feeling that the prices will drop further.. since its only about 1-2 mths to financial year end.. i can wait.. :)

        Just went to their website. Seems like it's not there anymore. Anyway, I've taken the Myer deal…. so better not to find a better deal now or it'll just be more heartbreak :P
