I need suggestion to buy new laptop in this ebay 20% off. Screen size should around 13 inches and small and light.
Using it for coding, web and document typing.
Do not know which brand should go for.
Budget around $1300 but cheapest as possible

What type of coding? Will you be wanting to deploy things locally for testing (eg databases or processor intensive tasks)?
Big difference in machines needed between a basic web app dev and dev working on DBs or in memory data.
No fun coding on a machine that takes hours to deploy or build on.

I bought dell xps 13. i5 256gb ssd and 8gb ram. Just only 1.2kg. But costs me $1520. Anyway seems like best laptop till now
The Microsoft Surface Pro 4 M3 version might be for you. It's very lightweight and has a pretty decent processor.
