    store name in title.

  • what brand do you carry? Are you registered with any health insurance?

  • Across the Board

    Which board?

  • Hello Stingy-oz

We are registered with virtually all of the health funds except hcf and mbp.
We have our own brands (try to stay away from the overpriced "Brand Name" frames)

    Cheers

Too expensive, in fact 3x more expensive than ZenniOptical! No bargains!

  • Might as well go to bigw or Specsavers for 2 pairs $78-80. You can claim medibank and hcf in store too. Also convenience of plenty of local locations. Plus you also get free lens spray which you guys dont have and 3 month satisfaction guarantee. You are gonna have to do better to compete with bricks mortar stores let alone online.

    • Hi Skimpywallet and thank you for your feedback. We certainly take your comments on-board.

I am a little confused about a couple of points you mention. Yes Bigw are certainly doing 2 for 80 for a short time only and that is a great deal from a very reputable supplier but unfortunately I am not aware of any optical stores in WA (yet) and are thin on the ground in other locations.

What you say about convenience is certainly true with Specsavers who offer a tremendous service with around 320 stores across Aus but I can only see that they are offering 2 pair for 149 so we are offering some big savings there, especially if you consider a purchase of 2 pairs (standard single vision) at say, $45 each and then use your 25% off, that is 2 pair for $67.50

      I do hope this helps

      Brian
