This gift is also available at selected stockists, though I am unable to verify a list of locations which carry the gift.

Free step-up gift is Rose Moisture Plus Moisturising Cleanser 80g, valued at $35. This is unavailable online from Kiana Beauty, but available in-store at Berwick Pharmacy.
