Custom Notes for Chrome Users (Chrome Extension)

  Hi guys,

  I got many helps from this website but unfortunately, I don't remember all kind members here due to my poor memory.
  To remember some special members, I would add a note on the web page with nickname.

  I've developed a Chrome extension, 'OZbargainer custom note'.
  It allows you to add a note.

  Directions :

  1. Install the extension. (https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/ozbargainer-custom…)
  2. Mouse right click on user nickname
  3. Type a note
  4. Typed note will be display above the user nickname
  5. You can edit the note on small popup (to open popup, please click the OZ bargain icon on top right)

  Simple and easy to use, I reckon.. screenshot images make it much more easier but I can't find a button to upload image file..

  Welcome any kind of feedback, especially wording ;)

  Ps. it works on Google Chrome only

  Where does the note get saved to? Browser local storage?

    Yep, local temporary internet file basically.
    So, if you clean temp files, all note will be gone but there are 2 buttons on popup window which is opened when you clicked the icon on top right.
    One is 'Chrome->Google' for backing up the temp file into Google storage and the other one is 'Google->chrome' for restore notes from Google storage.

    It's quite simple actually, but my writing skill makes it harder :)

  That's pretty cool, nice one. I found an issue though, it messes up the popup when you click on the user.

      Ah what I mean is, do a left click on the user to see their details. See here http://imgur.com/Ol01yXo
      I'm on the latest version of Chrome.

        I got it. The extension has updated to version 0.1.1 with patch for it.

        @mckim: Hey mckim, can you update it so that when I click on the dialog that takes me to this site, the dialog closes automatically?
