  Good deal, I really want to buy this game, but I'm at this point where I don't think I'll play it for a while yet, that it will probably end up going down when I finally get to it.

  Don't know if useful but apparently its $13.31 USD for Deluxe at Imperial Games (and $9.98 USD for normal) https://www.imperialgames.com/en/1025/36770?refid=itad

  I've never bought from there before though (so not sure if trustworthy) but I got the price from IsThereAnyDeal(https://isthereanydeal.com/#/search:skylines%20deluxe;/scrol…)
  and they've always been a trustworthy site for me.

  Don't bother buying the deluxe edition, just gives you a few unique buildings
