Both seem to be the exact same product, and same price too (59.4 for King Size after 40% off), perhaps one targeting Sleeping Beauty and the other targeting The Princess and The Pea.
Bought from tontine online in the end, because Target says Doona® and your site says King Doona® (even if I choose other size than King). King sounds better than subjects. I hope there are real differences between King Doona and just Doona.
