        The last lenovo I bought was a vibe x2 and when I did an OTA update I lost google apps / playstore and of course everything was in Chinese. Was able to find the previous ROM online, PC drivers / Chinese application to revert back. I don't intend to update the vibe X2 again. Anyone else had this issue with lenovo phones?

          The OTA update downloaded the ROM intended for Chinese region.

          since Chinese users always get the first priority when it comes to ROM updates, and then followed by international (rest-of-the-world) users.

          The international ROM is probably floating somewhere and you might have to search on google to find it.

          I was able to find the international ROM and install it.
          Another issue occurred when I removed some lenovo security apps. I had a boot error with an android icon persisting on the screen. I was able to find the app and install it, removing the error. I'm now a bit warry of lenovo phones

      It's a quad core. Should be around the same performance as the Snapdragon 410, which is very mid-range.

        It's the P variant, MTK6735P, which has a 450GHz clocked GPU, instead of 600GHz IIRC. Would also reduce power consumption.

    40 hours talk time…! Thing must weigh a ton, but worth it if you need that battery life and toughness.

      The OUKITEL K4000 is on the heavy side at 208g where this is the K4000 Pro, which has an extra 600mAh, is somewhere between 220g and 250g.

      So pretty heavy, at least as heavy as 2 iPhones 5's.
