DSLR Tripod for $50?

Its a fantastic Tripod, but I need something with a Pan handle to create panoramas which the above do not have.

Can you guys please help me find a similar tripod with panorama capability (pan handle + 360 degree marked horizontal disc) within $50?

It can support a camera and lights etc up to 20kg. I don't think I'd put that much on it, but it shows it is a very sturdy head.

  Oh, but the tripod can carry uoto 4 kg only. If I can find a pan head within 20$ maybe I'll give it a try…
