@monty.melb: To add to my previous comment, changing from everbuying.com to everbuying.net really doesn't help the reputation associated with "everbuying".

Is it true that EveryBuying is connected with GearBest???

    "Feb 28

    Dear all

i placed an order in Everbuying on 19-1-2016 and i payed by paypal and till now 28-02-2016 they didn't shipped it yet and i opened tickets to cancel the order then they replayed to me that the order is shipped and they provide me an tracking ID ,so after 10 days the tracking Id not appeared to track !! then they send me an E-mail that i have to change my country !!! i told them but you said it shipped and you give me a tracking ID ?!! and they have no answer.

yesterday they send me an e-mail from the Gearbest Customer services to told me that my order will be late cause it's out of stock !!

please remember that I placed this order in everbuying and they send me this Mail From Gearbest !!!

thanks for reading And sorry for my bad english"

    • As per my knowledge I was not told by them about gearbest.

It wouldn't surprise me as they would have same Chinese suppliers.

I have ordered some stuff from Everbuying, the shipping information has been sent so far. I thought the store is quite reputable since Ozbargain in the past have up voted it a fair bit. Also they have paypal so if my order doesn't arrive in specified time I will make a claim.

I order quite often from Alibaba and haven't had any issues, so hopefully its the same with Everbuying.

For me the problem is the dishonesty. The absolute flood of fake 5 Star reviews that follow every genuine 'bad' review. Plus the reports from many who say they were first offered store credit to change their bad review, and when they refused they were then offered money to change the review.

Yeah certainly isn't a good thing.

I'm actually quite worried now! But thanks to your investigating I'm going to keep a close eye on my order to ensure I make a claim asap if it doesn't arrive in specified time.

I don't think the delivery will be too much of a problem It is the after sale service should there be a problem that is the worry.

        • @GameChanger:

          Hi GameChanger,

Thank you for your kind support on us.
Could you pls PM me your order number for checking?

          Thank you!

      • I order quite often from Alibaba and haven't had any issues, so hopefully its the same with Everbuying.

The difference with buying from an independent seller on Alibaba/AliExpress is that Alibaba/AliExpress are protecting your purchase, and your payment. Much like when you buy from a seller on eBay or on Amazon.

In the case of EverBuying/GearBest, you only have PayPal protection for your payment.

        • Yeah just realised that, suppose that puts a fair bit of pressure on sellers to come good with orders and service.

Worth noting GearBest's repuation here on Ozbargain:

This store is currently BANNED on OzBargain.
Reason: Continual Issues with orders not being sent/received Expiry: permanent

Another reason for all the negativity being expressed in this thread.

      1) If you don't receive your item within 45 days then 100% money back or item resend.

And if that does not eventuate? Then what? Surely a PayPal claim would be the better way to 'go'?

      2) Reply to your Complaint within 1 working day.

And if that does not eventuate? Then what?

      3) Resolution within 2 Working days.

And if that does not eventuate? Then what?

      4) If you are not happy with the product 100% money back or credit into your account.

What about returning the product to China? Must it be returned? If so, to what address? Who pays for this return?

That's the reason I'm associated with them.
I hope they will keep every ozbargainer happy and make our shopping with them easier and resolve our issues quicker.

So do I, and I hope your faith in the business is justified. Thank you for you commitment.
