  • what is it?

Essentially the collector's edition of this particular COD, includes a remote control drone and plenty of other tidbits.

Why is it called a care package? What a ridiculous name. I recently purchased a "care package" for en engagement ring from Wallace Bishop. That makes sense since it's, you know, a care package. What a bizarre name for a game's collector's edition.

It's called a care package because there are 'care packages' in the game. In this game, once you get enough kills/mission points/whatever, you get things called care packages. Care packages drop from the sky, and you get any number of things that help you kill more people, these things include missiles, UAV/Counter UAV support and stuff like that.

So to those interested in the game, the name makes perfect sense.

    • I've edited the listing to include the contents, essentially it is the limited edition of the Call of Duty Black Ops II game for PS3 or Xbox 360 that includes most notably a remote control quad-copter among other extras.

  • Great price (based on an extensive 30 second google search) if you want this package, good game too, I bought it from DSE for $20 last year.

Now here's a question, does this title in particular make anyone else motion sick? I'm normally fine with all games, but despite enjoying the gameplay, this one makes me pretty woozy! ;)

its cause of the shit FOV at 60 as with all call of doody games

BO3 was surprisingly good. even allowed you to adjust FOV in pc

      • Thanks for that, I was wondering what was going on…I might have to try sitting back further with better ambient lighting if them interwebz is anything to go by.

Strangely, COD:AW doesn't do the same thing to me, must have a better FOV!

  • I fly my quad copter 12 minutes last year, then the batteries ran out and I couldn't be bothered making multiple journeys for the thing. The case looks like it would make a nice geeky case my bits and bobs.
