USB Capture Card

Hi,

I need to convert some old home videos on VHS video casette tapes to movies files for playing on computer.

My VCR only has composite output, i.e. Red/White/Yellow connector (Sony EZ717 model).

Does anyone know which stores around Sydney I could get this at reasonable prices, perhaps a USB one (need this in a hurry).

Well DSE has one at an extortionate price rather than a reasonable price, and I would believe even Big W would have one if you look hard enough.

Otherwise maybe see if anyone on eBay can give you express shipping or even go with DX and their express service:

Thanks for the response.

I needed the card urgently last week, and ended up buying the Honestech VHS to DVD Copy from Officeworks at the full price of $88.

The software is very easy to use, and allows MPG file to be burnt to DVD disk, which I needed for a function.
