you using original Nespresso capsules in it? I find my machine gets water everywhere when using other capsules.
mines leaks into the capsule disposer, I have a U
it gets more and more as time goes on, had mines for around 4 years
Any way to fix it? And I order original Nespresso pods, just the water leaks making it very weak or hardly anything at all.
Hmm it doesn't leak that much I guess, the tray below the capsule gets filled once a water cycle. U have two year warranty so maybe call them
@djones145: Yes the capsule tray gets filled with water. I can't find my receipt, just wondered if there was an easy fix. I have to put cups at an angle to try get the water.
Personally after having three different Nespresso machines, not including a couple of replacements, all having problems i dont waste my time on them anymore.
I've sent a Delonghi one in for service previously and they're very good and responsive. They will make you do troubleshooting like cleaning the heat element with an old toothbrush etc etc. Just don't let the phone consultant make you feel like the problem will go away. Insist that they check it out.
Also they will give you a replacement machine for the duration of the inspection.LIke Molten though, i don't bother with nesspresso anymore either. Only to go into the store for a quick boost to avoid lining up for real coffee.
My machine leaks in the capsule disposer. It is over a year old, any reason for this? It is the same Citiz as in the photo. Bought the decaling kit for about $20 but it didn't help.
