Tailor & General Shopping in Manila

I am a novice OS traveller but will be in Manila next week for 4 days
Being a taller guy I thought I might take the chance to have a suit or 2 or 3 tailored cheaply
Has anyone been to Manila and bought suits/clothes and could recommend?

Also happy to get some general shopping and travel tips although I will only have about 12 hours free

  Make sure you visit the tailor on your first day to ensure they have enough time to make it before you leave. It generally takes around 2-3 days.
