Anyone Not Got Their LogitechShop Goods? Security Camera Deal

Hey All,

I've been trying to get some sense from the logitechshop without success and thought I'd ask; has anyone else not got their security camera delivery?

I've got a tracking number, and it says the manifest has been received, but nothing has been delivered, and Aus Post say the sender (logitechshop) has to ring them to track the package down as I'm the received, but haven't received it yet.

Can anyone help? All I got from Logitechshop (through paypal) was 'Posted'. Bit frustrated here!

btw; I've sent 2 emails to the logitechshop sales email address with no response yet.

    Seems there was a lot of effort was placed to sell the goods, the only real effort i see to help the buyers was the user Livert trying to sort through the chaos.

    I really hope the Logitechshop can back themselves up for the sales , not just cut and run which is what by reading the rest of the forums and deals posted looks like is the case currently.

    Most cases have been sorted. Maybe try sending them another email today as well. Not sure if you were one of those who was switched to fastway. Let us know how you go.

    I think their systems couldn't cope with all the orders that why it created problem for dispatch teams.
    I received my orders yesterday (4 bulky boxes) and hopefully LTS fix up their systems.

        Now my friends want to get some security camera but have to wait for LTS recount their stocks.
        PS: Marney, BC please shoot me an email when you have some left. I need 5 more sets :)
