No Free postage on bulky items, but postage appears to be $5.95 for any of the above, or if you buy multiple (included in price already).
Postage is free for orders over $50. Option of express or signature postage. I ordered from them twice and received next day both times, even though once was on a Sunday. One free return when you spend over $99. They are quite slow with the returns process though.
