  Hey thats great advice.

  Step 7. After problem fixed screw the tap top assembly back. Just make sure you cleaned the thread with wire

  brush, and then with a cloth with methylated spirit, and finally apply some good lubricant.

  I think it should say 'After the problem is fixed,'?

  I replaced a tap with a mixer over the weekend, the screw just above the sink was really hard to remove.

  Thanks, mate.
  My manual may have a few grammar errors but it is not what it was all about.

  Probably the better version would be "'After the problem has been fixed".
