I arrive midnight at Perth Terminal T1 and need a Door-to-Door Shuttle bus service to a Perth CBD hotel. The only one that I could find online was 'Airport Sunset Coast'. Has anyone used them? Does anyone have a recommendation? My arrival appears too late for 'CONNECT shuttle' as their timetable shows last T3 departure as 10.00 pm.

tariff from $125.00 a single & $155.00 a doubleThere are no buses at midnight. Take Uber. It will probably cost you 20$ - 25$ to CBD. if you are a first time user then you can get 20$ credit. or else you can get a cheap sim and use it as a new uber account to get that 20$.
Chepeast option (and honestly the best) option would be Transperth Bus. Takes you directly to the CBD with limited stops en-route and will be mostly empty at that time. The last schedule departure is at 1:00 AM. Look up http://www.transperth.wa.gov.au/Timetables/Details/Bus/380
