is the monorail operate 24 hrs?
The Hotel and Seaworld are literally next to each other with a monorail for access during Park Hours, There are public transport outside the entry of Seaworld.
what i see on the map, it seems quite far between sea world and sea world resort where i will be stay there
Have a look on Google Maps or something, the hotel is directly next to Seaworld however Sea world is very large so it will be a walk to the bus stop.
There are buses that service the area if you are looking to visit surfer's or other places in the GC.
Check the Translink site for timetable and prices.
A cab fare might cost you $20-30 depending on where you are.. this might be cost effective if you have a family travelling.
yeah, i saw in the transit link there is a bus that servicing sea world, but no bus servicing the sea world resort hotel. thanks

Give the hotel a call, I'm sure they would be able to advise you.
No Surfside/Translink Bus services the Hotel, I am a Gold Coast local/Theme Park Junkie and am positive to that fact.

While on the topic of goldcoast, i wanted to ask wether there is a car rental service at goldcoast domestic airport. I am travelling from sydney to goldcoast and will obviously be arriving at the domestic airport. I have been told by the rental company (Letz) that the car has to be picked up from the internation airport which is 2km from the domestic one.
I still havent booked. Any ideas.
i saw on the gold coast airport map, it seems their domestic and international are connected. may be your car rental has car park outside the airport. thats why they said 2km from domestic airport
who is your car rental? i also looking for car rental now. so far the cheapest i got is $29/day. and insurance $12/day
at the end, I was hiring the car from car2go.com.au cheaper rate for me.
rack, the car rental company should be able to pick you up at the gate, take you to their office (probably 1-2km from the airport), sort out the paperwork before hand you the key. When you leave, drop the car at their office, they'll take you to the departure gate.

edit: Spoke to letz car rental guys. I was wrong. Pickup can be done from the domestic airport.
