Can someone please enlighten/guide me with some issues of my website:
Low online presence for many competitive keyword phrases
Stumpy image optimization
Deprived website content
Inappropriate Social Media campaign
Do you know where I can get it optimised? and the cost? (I prefer not to use Airtasker)

You can do a lot of it yourself and see how you go. I'd recommend this before paying anyone, sometimes you can easily rank for keywords which aren't too competitive.
Images:
You're most likely using WordPress. In which case, there's plenty of plugins available to automatically optimise (re-size your images). Just do a bit of Googling.
Content:
Do keyword research using Google's Keyword planner. Find keywords which aren't too competetive and you think would convert well on your website, write content based around them, ensure you use proper heading tags (h1, h2, etc) - but don't overdo them.
Link building is still one of the most important aspects of SEO - many say it's not; and that's a load of shit.
