  What speeds max out in a phone? I see you can get a 128 Gb one with 60mbs for 29 USD not including the $5 shipping from PNY also?

  The 128 does seem to be 10 UHS-I, U1 vs 10 UHS-I, U3 on the 64…

  Seems 4K video only needs 12.5mb/s and the 128gb one maxes out at about 20 so i guess it could handle that in a phone…

  there are a lot of bottlenecks in a phone to get from the memory card to the CPU, unlike the built in memory to CPU.

  it becomes more of an issue when you have a DSLR and 25 megapixel sensor and trying to write to that and it's designed to write to flash rather than expansion memory or you have a go pro.

  on my phone I move the videos to the flash card after I've taken them so I have the onboard flash is empty and get the best speed for recording or taking pics.

  Tons of reviews for these PNY ones say they fail very quicky and Patriot seems to have a similar price, performance and more positive reivews.

  Would you guys go PNY or Patriot?
