Good price, however their website is absolutely shocking to use

    • This is a relatively new product. We're still doing our best to improve the current platform. If you have any suggestions/difficulties while creating a product, feel free to let us know. :)

  • Why the extra dollar for postage when you order 3 surely the extra 1 does not add that much weight?

    • They are shipped based on weight. Once it hits 3, it goes up to the next tier, hence the additional charge.

Good price but I must admit the process is not that easy or clear. I struggled even to put words onto the tag but eventually the option appeared somehow.
I wish you well with this product as I can see a market when it's priced nicely, just needs a bit of work to make the process a little less clunky.

    • Here's a guide for the platform, applies for most of our current products.

Some tips that I can think of for now:
      1) Double-click the "T" box to add text. Click on "Format Text" to change the size, color and font type
      2) Double-click the image to enter a "Crop Tool", where you can reposition the image to include what you want within the picture box
      3) For multiple pieces, go to Page Options and click "Add Page". Subsequently, go to the "Layout" option and drag and drop the layout if you like both pieces to be of the same theme
