if only everyone in the world stand together and NOT buying a phone over $1000 especially during new release, i bet all those corporate crook will give up and slash their ridiculous profit and we are all can buy something with more reasonable prices.

I don't think it is the fault of the company to price it high at launch, they can only sell if there are buyers. Also, from company point of view, it is the right thing to do to maximise profits from early adopters, with these profits, the company can then be able to sell the phones cheaper to
other customers down the road (i.e. subsidise if they eventually have to sell at a loss to clear stock).
I however, will hesitate to buy any phones over $500, last 4 phones have been below $400 from overseas.
