  Great trilogies, but zavvi is worse than Gearbest.

  They cancelled my order 1 week after it was 'despatched', and then another order never arrived, had to wait 30 days before lodging a complaint and another 30 days for the refund, 60 days for nothing.

    I've ordered probably 20-25 times from Zavvi and only once have they ever messed up an order and that ended up being to my benefit anyway. I ordered a real cheap vinyl soundtrack for a movie and when I opened the box they had instead sent me the Waxwork Records version of the soundtrack to Clive Barker's Nightbreed by Danny Elfman remastered which is worse at least double what I essentially paid for it.

    I most recently ordered the Batman Anthology BR box set and a number of dvd's/blu-ray's and even a couple of figures and the above is the only time they messed up. Usually only takes a week and a half to two weeks for things to arrive too.

      Ordered once from Zavvi. They used super cheep and thin packaging. Which others have complained about. The 2 box sets I ordered arrived damaged (Lord Of The Rings Extended Trilogy & The Superman Anthology Collection). Didn't bother sending them back as disks were fine. Haven't ordered since.

      Rather pay the extra and order from Amazon. Ordered many times from them and only had one damaged box set, which they replaced without question and never asked to return the damaged product.

    The remake wasn't terrible is was just bland/mediocre.

    The director of the Point Break remake needs to be taken care of.

  Keep in mind this RoboCop Trilogy BR box set includes the 2014 4K remastered version of RoboCop (1987) and contains all these special features inc a new Q&A with the filmmakers (43min) from 2012.

  I ordered some clothes from Zavvi.com on 01 May 2016. I live in Bankstown NSW area in Sydney. My order has not yet arrived. When I enquired with Zavvi.com customer service by email, they informed me that I should wait until 31 May 2016 for my order to arrive and then if the order has not yet arrived, I should contact their customer service once again after 31 May 2016.

  Can people who have ordered from Zavvi in recent past please tell me how long it has taken for their order to arrive at their doorsteps?

  Thank you very much in advance for your help.
