      I realise this is probably a joke, but "high speed" is actually a specific speed in reference to the USB spec. From https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/USB#Overview_2

    I don't think I've ever seen a laptop that doesn't have an Ethernet connection.

    via the 10/100 Ethernet port, if you want a more dependable connection than wireless.

    Dell XPS13, no inbuilt Ethernet, you use a dongle.
    shite for data transfer , but if you just want extra ports cheap…
