Enjoy an exclusive Mother's Day brunch prepared by renowned chef Jerome Dalton at Brisbane's oldest residence Newstead House.

The special occasion, which is hosted by Jerome Dalton, commences on the balcony with a glass of Champagne Collet before an indulgent brunch overlooking the wide sweep of the Brisbane River and sprawling historic gardens of Newstead House.

Menu will include share plates of Whole sides of Hot smoked Tasmanian salmon, roasted asparagus and blue cheese., free range egg Frittata, fried speck, Pulled pork thyme and green apple rosti, Stacks of fresh hot cakes maple bacon, Fruits and House Made Granola, yogurt, berries.

Arrival is at 9:30 for a Glass of Champagne on arrival, with brunch commencing at 10:00am
