The older version of extreme was indeed rated U1, but the version on sale here is rated U3.
Please don't confuse Extreme with Extreme Pro. Extreme Pro is the higher model, more expensive and has faster read and write speed.
That's what I'm trying to say.
But you said "This card is U1 only", which is incorrect. As you can see in the package, it does say this Extreme card is UHS-3 class. I have an exact same card which I bought last year which is also rated UHS-3.
Any cheap extreme pro?
Dead/buried. Guessing they were counterfeit/dodgy.
The speed for this card is 90MB/s read; 40MB/s write.
