Are there any Melbourne City ones ?

    • There are some Leicester City ones, but these can only be worn once every 24 years.

Keep in mind that Kathmandu use the shady practice of setting their RRP at double the actual price and then putting everything 50% off after the minimum 60 days required by law. So these socks are only ever really a $15 RRP but they're clearing stock by marking them as clearance.

Admittedly you can get some decent buys from their clearance items but ignore the 'regular price' as they're just trying to make you think they're worth more than they are.

    • Sounds like Shopping Express with their 'RRP'.

    • I went to a store today and they are being sold for $30.

I had a look. They actually not that great. They really thin and didn't seem much better than dollar ones.
Bonds sale at Woolworth and Coles is probably much better buy.

    • I think Bonds have really gone downhill in quality.
Last time I picked up explorer sport socks and also Darn Tough brand from Willie's for about same price.

Kathmandu stuff is generally very crap, I purchased a heap of things from their outlet store once and things like torches, a fishing kit and BPA free drink bottles did not last long at all. The bags are rubbish, the clothes are overpriced (and rubbish) and generally everything is poorly made for casual consumers market.

The few decent things I have purchased are multi tools and their travel towels.
