I have a family member that wants to purchase a macbook air.

She is going to Canada/US in a few weeks.
Ideally she would like to do some sort of interest free deal.
My thoughts were to get an ANZ card for the $200 cashback then find another CCard that has one of those "transfer your card debt for 6 or 12 months interest free" deals if any exist at the moment.
Also suggesting the TRS for another 10% off.
What's the most effective way to do this and who to purchase from?
