I'm after your thoughts on purchases from Harvey Norman Big Buys. Late last week i bought some stuff to be delivered to my address but of the 6 lines i ordered, 2 of them were out of stock (multiple items were ordered which were 10 of the Waxworks Heracles lanterns and 6 waxworks 1lt lamp oil) as they were only $1 each. I only got notified today after i received the other half of the order (3 backpacks and a victorinox knife) they were out of stock so they refunded the item costs but failed to refund any of the postage costs) The whole postage cost of the order was $22. I was refunded $5 for postage only after i contacted the customer first team but i'm still not happy. That means i am left with 3 backpacks and a knife for $17 postage which i would not have bought as i see that being a ridiculous amount to pay. What are my options now?
call them and say you want to return all the items(at their cost) because they couldn't fulfil your order and you want a full refund.
what else are you expecting?
