Which Spirit, Beer or Wine Do You Prefer ?

Hi, Would like to know what OZBargainers prefer… where they get it and good prices for the same

I'll start with me: Spirit: JW black label - about 46AUD for 100Cl through duty free, JW something special - can't find it these days.
Beer: James Squire: Chancer golden ale - 54AUD for 24 bottles - ww sales., Crown Lager - 2 cartons for 82 -WW

    Woodstock pre mixed bourbon has been my go to since i was 18. Ive tried all the others and many fancy whiskies but this just tastes the best to me. Bulleit Bourbon is up there for me too.

    I like my girly drinks too. Midori and lemonade, frangelico and coke, southern comfort on the rocks.

    I like the sweet ciders; rekordelig, somersby and hurlunga +46.

    Ive only eer had 1 beer that ive liked, Kirin i think it was. It was a Cairns summer so anything may have tasted ok.

    Dont really like any wines besides Brown Brothers Moscato.

    Looks like i like sweet drinks.

    Fireball straight is glorious too.

    Beer - never
    Wine - the bar. Always white. I don't care about the brand.
    Spirit - Vodka (ideally Grey Goose or 42 below) when a guy buys my drink. lol no but seriously I buy it from wherever. I don't buy it from one place in particular.

    I usually only get vodka lime soda because it has the lowest calories. Seriously that is the sole reason. I'm obsessed with my body and weight.

    Whatever has the highest alcohol content per litre, for the lowest price. Which would be cask wine or beer, neither of which I have the time or inclination to drink, so Aldi vodka it is. $27 for 4 time distilled, its basically just alcohol and water. My kind of beverage.

    Buy a still from a reputable outlet ( don't question me on that as they are readily available on Google ) + the necessary ingredients to " set up a brew of spirit " - from which you then add the flavour of choice from anything you desire. We drink our scotch & as this brew has no preservatives - just great taste. Works out to apx. $15.00 per litre - Dan Murphys can't beat that ! & IT'S LEGAL!
    Beer - Hubby makes his beer from a micro brewery - again no preservatives in the beer. All rip-off names are available but for a fraction of the price I.e. 6 cartons equates to $165.00 - $185.00 full strength . Beat that Dan Murphys !
    I guess the only downside would be the preparation & storage of the spirit brew & time allowance for the fermentation - you would need some space readily available to a tap ( we use the laundrey ) but after a few times you find you are on a roll of one brew being done & ready to bottle with whatever you want - be it normal spirits or top shelf or liqueurs - & pop on the next one to start.
    This has saved us an absolute fortune over the years & tastes so much smoother than the preservative ridden alcohol purchased at O.T.T. Prices from your normal outlets

    As a codicil - This is only our choice. Take it on board or ignore. Always drink alcohol in moderation -Hic !

    Forgot the name but it was a white wine. Don't really do beer or all spirits unless it's free I.e. a party
