i found out the problem, the image is too large for my computer screen, for some reason i have to 'restore down' in order for it to zoom out and even then the bottom where u switch pages, half the arrows are cut off so i couldn't really see it. (those last 2 replies r typos, please disregard)

Fail website, taken long to load
Web should be simple, nice and quick to load.
If the new site is taking too long to load (it is quite a large flash based site - but definitely worth the wait) then you can head straight over to the shop @ shop.brandlux.com.au
Worth looking at the site to see the collection gallery.
My net speed shaped @128kbps and taken more than 3 mins to load 64%…for that time you could lose 3 of your potential customers!
I couldn't load the site with speed 128kbps after 15mins+
But no problem with ADSL2+ speed. (unshaped after midnight) :-)
yep, terrible website. it looks more like a clunky catalogue where you view one item at a time rather than an online shop. tried too hard to make it look young and hip which compromises user friendliness.
Dude, I can't use this site…the Flash is way too annoying and I can't even see half of it.

Flash-based websites were a cool/novel idea about 10 years ago.. They were annoying then because of the time they'd take to load, but they were more aesthetically appealing. These days, however, there's no reason to be using flash.
Some feedback:
-Woeful navigation
-Woeful load time (relatively speaking)
-Woeful user interface. How the hell do you even purchase something?
thats because the website loads the whole flash file in one hit! It would be a lot better to separate the flash files or load each product individually as the user clicks on the button. also navigation could greatly be improved.

This site is gorgeous from a design perspective, but like a few people have said it's not really serviceable as an online store. Technical issues aside, what's really lacking is information - I shouldn't have to put an item in my cart and click through all the checkout steps to find out how I'm allowed to pay. Where's your privacy policy? How is the package being shipped to me and how long will it take? The list goes on. Go take a look at the links at the bottom of any kind of online store and you'll be able to compile a list of need-to-know information that really needs to be made part of your site. Best of luck with it!

Well, for a shopping website, you guys really shouldn't be using flash, the slow loading plus the images you guys are using are way too big makes whole site almost unusable.
2nd, I wonder where you guys are hosting your site, even using http://shop.brandlux.com.au/, you site took forever to load. I exit your site after click 2 links, it's just way too slow.
Thanx for the discount, it just takes too long to load up images for clothing etc and makes whole shopping experience unacceptable.
this website is not easy to use, it seems like the brand named ones that only show pictures, i dont even know how to buy from this website if i wanted to. (not a neg post, just some feedback)
