    False advertising

      how so?

      • Their prices are always advertising "Save $XX.XX"

For example I've been buying a few of these a year for the last 4-5 years:
        http://www.chemistwarehouse.com.au/buy/48128/Davidoff-Cool-W…

Not once have they been $59. Its not a sale, its the regular price at Chemist Warehouse.

        • It's also cheaper here ($24.95) with free shipping for orders over $30.
          http://www.mybeautyspot.com.au/product.aspx?id=58511

You have to order over $99 to get free shipping at Chemist Warehouse.

        • @ezarc:

Chemist Warehouse is a brick and mortar unlike mybeautyspot and I think some people prefer to smell their perfume in store before purchasing

        • @Bearosaurus:

My Beauty Spot also has 30 stores, but neither My Beauty Spot or Chemist warehouse are in 100km of here.

          Store Locations:
          http://www.mybeautyspot.com.au/About/stores.aspx

Also strangely down the bottom of the page:

          www.chemistwarehouse.com.au
          www.epharmacy.com.au
          www.discountvitaminwarehouse.com.au

        • @ezarc:

Yes, but sadly for us South Aussies we don't have any stores

        • @Bearosaurus: The Mighty South Aussies, Yeeeah! :)

        • @Bearosaurus:
          I'm in SA too.

I usually buy from Chemist Warehouse because I know what I like but I have just seen that they have the exact same stock but My Beauty Spot is cheaper by a few dollars on all the ones I looked at. They also use all of the Chemist Warehouse stock photos and may even drp ship from them, although I don't know how they could offer free shipping on orders over $30 and make profit unless they get excellent shipping rates.

The Jean Paul Gaultier Le Male 125ml that I've wanted to buy for ages is $62.99 there vs $69.99 at chemist warehouse.

Although I can't justify buying any more as I have to try and use up some of my other cologne first, there is about 5 near full bottles in the bathroom cabinet.

        • @ezarc: >I don't know how they could offer free shipping on orders over $30 and make profit

You do realise the markup on luxury brands is obscene right.

        • @ezarc:

Chemist Warehouse can undercut prices that are already beaten

        • @ezarc: It's all the same company.

My Beauty Spot is the brainchild of the retail successor, the My Chemist Group.

So if you go into a store and smell it, then buy it online, they still get your money.

    Toilette Spray

Seems an odd name for a perfume??

    "Feline urinatte"

  • +1

So sexist, why isn't it free for women too

  • Terre D'Hermes 50ml cheapest price around at $59.99 but no chemist warehouse stores seem to have stock. Local store told me only Canberra had it and they can only do store transfer within the same state. Been "temporarily out of stock" on their website for months now.. Chemist Warehouse customer service wont say when they will get more stock..

    • +2

ACT's not a state, bet you wish you said that.

Quite a few of the Men's CK range are on sale.

I can vouch for many of them ;)

  • +6

I got excited when I saw "Free"..

  • The pros of male perfumes: you think you smell good.

The cons of male perfumes: it inhibits the ability of females to become turned on.

      Lynx.

      • +1

Well, it's more of a deodorant, than a perfume.

        • And sold as attracting the ladies.

        • @Clear:
I have always thought of deoderant and perfume/aftershave/colgne to be the defining step towards manhood, lol.

  • Save 83? pfffff… Does anyone actually pay 110 dollars for this?!

    • if they that much a fan of it
