samsung SD memory is so cheap nowadays it's hardly even worth considering no-name brands.

    • Yea good point for just a few cents extra. I'll expire the deal but leave it up so people can see this.

      • That's not what the expiration feature is for. Just leave it as it is and any votes will determine whether the deal is popular or not.

  • The Samsung one seems to be much better deal even if it's a little more expensive.

EDIT: The above is even better if you're willing to put up with the shipping time.

    • Yea I think both of you have better deals. It's pc.byte/sinceritytradingau, branded and faster for few cents extra.

There is no way I would trust my data with Kogan when you can buy known manufacturer cards for around the same price. Buying this card from Kogan is like buying it from a Chinese seller on eBay and playing Russian roulette with a semi-auto gun.

Kogan changes suppliers as often as he does underpants so a good card purchased today could be a rubbish card when purchased tomorrow so don't rely on past or present feedback.

Given his history in supplying crap products I don't see this as a bargain. Would you trust your photos, video or data with Kogan?

  • Cheap memory, don't know if it could handle 60fps video or 5-6fps else raw rapid shooting.. You get what you pay for. I picked up a 32gb SanDisk for $13 usd in Jan 2016 from b&h and it's good for 80mb/s read and 20-24mb/s write.

  • I don't associate the Kogan brand with reliable tech, Dick Smith ditto.
