Possible Virgin Mobile Outage - SOS only?

Hi ozb!

My 2 Virgin mobile postpaid services both are off the network and say SOS only.

Been unable to get any service since last night. I tried rebooting many times.

Is there a fix? any advice?

OP, I had the same issue this morning. Tried restarting and reinserting sim card countless times and all of a sudden, magically connected to network again!

Yep Mrs had that last night, then the complaints started hitting FB. Restarts weren't working last night, guess they've fixed the bug
