      The one on the picture with $7.99 price is not on this week's catalogue, and neither is the other one (though it says prices might be different from region to region on the one in the second link). Still, the second one is showing full price, $14.50, for me. I am in SA and neither one is on this week's specials.

      PS: I think the cheaper one you first posted might be on sale in a single store or region as it says 'Reduced to Clear' on the tag. Also, if you check the date on the bottom of that tag it shows '25/06/16'. That's more than a month clearance sale of that product so it isn't the normal, weekly special.

        @tonester: Mate, download this week's Coles catalogue and have a look. The quinoa you posted is not on sale this week. The one you saw was probably on clearance sale in a specific store or region.

        Check out the list of items he posted, plus go ahead and click on the deal itself to get to the entire catalogue. The link TRENT posted is the one which is on sale this week NATIONALLY. That's the point I was trying to make initially, as in, you should have specified the store(s) and/or region(s) where the one you saw was on sale. If you click on the pick you've posted you can see it's a clearance sale that would go on for over a month. That's different from specials that go on sale all over the country or in certain states every week.

        sorry but in case you didn't realise, weekly colesworth catalogues, which can differ slightly between states, don't actually always include all the specials - there can be other national/statewide specials that are available in-store only or also online, as per ozbargain deals such as this

        if an item is on special online nationally (http://shop.coles.com.au/online/national/) then it's also the same price in-store nationally, such as fisherman's friend, which was not in the catalogue

        clearance items/prices are generally store-specific when short-dated, but with products that have been superseded/replaced, such as the quinoa here, they are statewide/national
