    I find the 0.5mm nib a tad too fine. It makes deep indentations on the paper and damages easily.

      I don't think so, for the 0.3mm I pay about $5 each at officeworks. I can't imagine the 0.5mm are much cheaper

    Their shipping kills the whole deal,
    Last I bought stuff for more than 50 was still charged shipping.
    Products are good but shipping ….!!!

      That is incorrect. You made two separate transactions both under $50, combined it was $48.35 in total. You were charge shipping twice as it was two separate transactions. Once you contacted me I immediately refunded your shipping for one of the transactions. So I am surprised you left negative feedback here. We are a small Aussie business, and feedback like this could impact us adversely.

        It's not a negative comment.
        It just a view that postage is expensive that's it.
        Yes you refunded but you knew it was a transaction from same person more than 50 and if you are such an honest business why did you charge me twice and posted everything together?
        So that means you knew it's going to same place and the total order is more than 50?
        Anyways I am always in support of small local business, as I am too one of you, hence rather than taking this as a negative comment take it as a feedback. To be honest these small gestures go a long way….
