  Hmmm. Have subscribed. However, reviews for Android aren't great. The instructions below don't work for me (and for some other reviewers on Android too). There is nowhere to choose “For current subscribers“. I'll check out the web content until that get sorted out. Note that for subscriptions there is no 2 hour Google refund period.

  Android instructions -

  On your device, open or download the Google Play Newsstand app. To use Google Play Newsstand, you'll need a Google account. If you don't have a Google account, create one now or convert your existing email to a Google account.
  In the Search bar, type National Geographic magazine.
  Tap “Subscribe,” and then choose “For current subscribers“.
  Enter your personal information and tap “Continue”.
  Verify your subscriber status by entering your address or account number and tap “Continue”.
  Agree to Google Play’s Terms of Service and tap “Accept and Subscribe”.

    99% sure I got this free through library. National Geo is great but the file sizes can be quite large. Had to delete each edition after read as it chews through storage on my tiny iPad.
