I talked my partner into trying bulk nutrients meal replacement shakes instead of these weight loss shakes which are mostly just flavoured skim milk powder. She has half a serve which gets you 32 serves/bag ($1/serve if you get 2kg delivered) and apparently it's filling and tastes good. Can't see any kj info on these but the bulk nutrients are about 800kj with half a serve (1 scoop) and 200mL of skim milk and obviously less with water.

    • I make this using bulk nutrients WPC:

      https://diy.soylent.com/recipes/keto-chow-150-master-rich-ch…

It's quite filling and a decent meal replacement. Made with water, powder mix and cream with a touch of MCT oil.

      • That's a lot of carbs for keto?

        • That's a full day's recipe - so 32g, of which 21g is indigestible fibre…so 11g per day across all 3 meals.

    • can you mix it with water?
i tried some other ones that say mix with milk but i cant drink milk and they are just not filling…

      • Instruction are to drink it with water, can't comment on how filling that would be. Why can't you have milk? Try it with a nut milk you can drink?
