    Suppose to be free? or the App was originally free but you had to pay the IAP's?

      I think it means that if you were to buy the app and pay for it, the extras work out to be less than half price.

      AmpKit+ is a paid app that includes three additional amps, four more cabinets and eight additional pedals, at less than half their individual prices.

      They have two versions of this app Ampkit which is always free and amokit+ is paid.
