Contacting Everbuying

I recently got in a deal and bought Bluetooth earphones (AUSDOM S10) from these guys. I am unable to connect it to my Android phone or Ubuntu laptop.

I went though their website to let this know. But every time I try to fill on line from it send me to the sign in page (which do but no use).

Any advice from anyone who experienced similar problem?
