Yep. You choose Bill My Telstra account as the payment method when making a purchase.

When you send recharge credit via CreditMe2U, it comes through as recharge credit on the other service. In case you didn't know, recharge credit is where the payment for Google Play purchases comes from. Telstra/Google doesn't care how you acquired the credit, just the fact that it's there.
