Bluetooth FM Adapter (for Car) Suggestions

I'm looking to purchase a decent bluetooth to FM adapter for my car. I currently have this one and I'm honestly not impressed with the sound quality (audio crackling, little bass). I previously had a Belkin Tunecast which was great, except it wasn't Bluetooth. The reason I'm wanting Bluetooth is the headphone audio on my phone (LGG4) is not very loud, and so when playing with an Aux to FM adapter, the volume is also not loud enough.

Any suggestions are appreciated :)

  • I was going to buy http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/252392742703 for the same purpose…

  • +1

    What sort of car?
$80 for a new stereo plus fitting, and you get proper Bluetooth, and USB (which you likely don't have).

    So worthwhile in the long-run!

    • I'd like to, but I don't think my car can take new stereos - it's one of those built in things. Do you know if it can be installed in an Audi?

      • No idea sorry

      • what year and model audi?

    • It's a Ford Futura BA 2004, so the head unit is also temperature control as well unfortunately. Thanks for the suggestion though!

      • I installed the aftermarket Sony headunit in 2005 FORD Falcon BA I had. It was a bit of a pain to install but it did work. The Temperature control unit etc will work but the Speakers will be controlled by the new head unit. The small pocket will sit just under fan control.
Google Ford Falcon Fascia single din kit.

      • As above, there are fascia kits for it so it sits behind the gearstick

      • Hey what did you gen up getting? And do you recommend it?

I have the same crappy one that you bought and need an upgrade.

        • I didn't end up getting anything and just ended up sucking it up :(
