WELCOME15 takes 15% off (incl. lenses/coatings/everything before shipping) and is for signing up to the newsletter, but I was able to use it without signing up. No minimum order or expiry that I can see, but seems to be only for first orders.
IFSABAWIVN was sent to me from a friend of mine, so I don't know all the details of it, but it also takes 15% off (incl. lenses/coatings/everything before shipping) and looks to be exactly the same as WELCOME15 (so not much use including it on the list but I figure if one doesn't work you can just try the other). I'll remove it from the list if/once anyone finds it's expired.

BDAYBOGO discounts the price of the cheapest frame when you're buying two or more (if you're buying 4 it'll discount 2 and so on to a max of 6 frames) but lenses, coatings, and shipping are all excluded. At least one of the frames being order must be $15 or more.
The site implies it's one day only but doesn't list an expiry date/time - I will update once it's no longer working. EXPIRED
The EyeBuyDirect site only allows one code to be used at a time.
