Help! Accord 09 40th Anniversary Bluetooth (Side Pillar) Set up

Hey guys

Asked for help around 2 years ago never got a response. I thought to give it another try.

Does anyone know how to set up the Bluetooth in this car? It's not on the wheel panel but on the side pillar.

Any help would be appreciated!

Make sure that your phone's Bluetooth® is turned on.
With the car ignition on (it's not necessary to start the engine,
you just need the electronics) press the volume-up and volume-down
buttons on the unit at the same time until the blue light starts to blink slowly.
Search for available Bluetooth® devices using your phone,
select "EL-HA1 ####" when it appears.
Your phone will prompt you for a PIN number. The default code
    is 0000.
Wait for the pairing process to complete (this can take up to one
or two minutes). If successful, the light on the unit will stop flashing and glow solid blue.
If unsuccessful, please complete steps 1 – 5 again. As strange as it sounds, it can take a few attempts to establish a connection.

  • Hi, Just to add more info , https://usermanual.wiki/Document/ABT800.3174090202/view appears to be the manual with slight changes in colour

If the phone does not identify Bluetooth, try toggling to Air plane mode, Restart of phone , clear Bluetooth CACHE , etc
