Sorry to state the obvious but I'd try ebay as I have a need for dried flowers from time to time and that is my best option for that amount. I have never seen sunflower flowers though. I don't know if this will help but some Asian grocers also have dried flowers. Once again, unsure about sunflower but they have others like roses, jasmine etc. so try your luck
